I guess they’re invited by other companies for a business meeting and of course offer a place to stay in. If they’re inviting somebody important to them they would be taking care of where the person will stay in. There may also be people who are sent by other companies for important business trips. They would need to have the person relaxed and somehow taken cared of in order to perform better with their business deals. There are also those who are there for pure pleasure and entertainment. Where else would they choose to stay but in the middle of the action or somewhere they can really unwind and enjoy.
