USB flash drive

There may also be circumstances that a colleague or business partner would have files he has to show you but because of time constraints would have to send the file to you in some way. If you have a flash drive handy, the files can be copied to the drive and you can view the files or edit the files later. Regular files like presentations can also be saved in the drive so you would not need to bring a laptop all the time. Music files can also be saved especially if you have a radio that can read music from a USB drive.
